The Fairlane Hotel is located near Printers Alley, a historic entertainment and nightlife district in downtown Nashville, named for its early 20th-century printing and newspaper companies, which included the city’s largest newspapers. Today, it is known for its vibrant atmosphere, with a mix of blues clubs, bars, restaurants, and hotels. Legends from Jimi Hendrix to Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams and The Supremes, have all performed in clubs on Printers Alley.
